Vance A. Zwiers

Vance Alan Zwiers "V3Z", age 53, of Portage, passed away Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at home. He was born on August 2, 1965 in Valparaiso, Indiana to the late Robert and LaDonna Zwiers. Vance was a 1984 graduate of Portage High School. He was currently employed as a Registered Pest Control Technician at Monroe Pest Control. He will always be remembered for his strong work ethic. He was a dedicated father and enjoyed spending time with his children going to parks and joking around. His greatest joy in life was his children, grandchildren and his dog, Blondie.

He is survived by his son, Timothy Zwiers; daughter, Vyctoria Canchola; grandchildren, Joseph and Astoria Zwiers; brothers, Corey Zwiers, Kevin O'Connor, Kurt O'Connor, Ron O'Connor, Andrew, O'Connor; and his beloved dog, Blondie.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and LaDonna Zwiers.

Memorial contributions in Vance's name may be made to the Porter County Humane Society, 3355 Bertholet Blvd, Valparaiso, IN 46383.
