Victor L. Gulbrandsen, age 40 of Hobart passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2011. He was born on January 13, 1971 in El Paso, Texas. He graduated from Hobart High School in 1989. Victor worked as a professional Wrestler with NWWA known as "Jack Knife" and also worked as a Mechanic for Holiday Rental Car. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion, Post 54 of Hobart. He loved riding his motorcycle and enjoyed cooking. Victor especially loved raising his daughters.

He is survived by his father, Victor (MaryAnn) Gulbrandsen of Hobart, IN; his mother, Judy Gulbrandsen of Hobart, IN; 2 daughters, Shanell Marks of Wisconsin, Brittany Gulbrandsen of Hobart, IN; 1 granddaughter, Elizabeth, 4 sisters, Angela Fama of Hobart, IN; Rebecca Giffin of Munster, IN; Christina Gulbrandsen of Hobart, IN; Emily Gulbrandsen of Hobart, IN; 1 aunt, Kay (Ken) Nusz, and many other aunts, uncles, nieces, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lowell and Lena Swim, and Dr. Victor N. Gulbrandsen.

In lieu of flowers memorials in Victor's honor may be made to his family.

Funeral services are Friday, October 21, 2011 at 7 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, 600 West Old Ridge Road, Hobart. Cremation will follow with Rees Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
