Victor Rodriguez

Victor Rodriguez, age 70 of Lake Station passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2017. He was born on November 17, 1946 in Juncos, Puerto Rico to the late Victoriano and Guadalupe Rodriguez. He was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. Victor served his country in the U.S. Air Force. He loved to play Horseshoes.
He is survived by one son Victor (Brandi) Rodriguez of Lebanon, IN; one daughter, Luz (Freddie) Ortiz of Lake Station, IN; three sisters, Luz (Tim) Wilson of Valparaiso, IN; Yolanda (Manuel) Rosales of MI; Carmen DeLeon of Puerto Rico; three grandchildren, Zander Rodriguez, Kylee Rodriguez, and Anissa Ortiz.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Elsie Rodriguez, and one sister, Nelly Rodriguez.
Funeral services are Saturday, July 8, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, Brady Chapel, 3781 Central Ave., Lake Station. Visitation is Saturday from 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, Brady Chapel. (219) 962-1606.
