William Franklin Brown

Age 90 passed away Thursday, July 17, 2025, at his home in Portage. He was born the son of the late Emmit Riley and Fay Marie (nee Allen) Brown in Gary, Indiana. Bill was a retired electrician for Local 697. He enjoyed golfing, buying antique cars and boating.

He is survived by his children, Crystal (Jon)and Debbie (Mike); son, Eddie Stephans; four grandchildren, Anthony, Andrew and Madison Spicer and Kema Stephans; brother, Don (Diane) Brown and many other loving family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Isabel Brown, his parents and numerous siblings.
