William Schuyler Post

William Schuyler Post, age 61, of Valparaiso passed away Wednesday March 20, 2024, at the Brickyard Health Center in Portage. Bill was born January 21, 1963, in Gary, Indiana to the late Kenneth and Mary Jo (Debusk) Post.  He was a disabled Security Guard. William loved Sci-fi and the Marvel Movie Franchise. His favorite movie was 2001, A Space Odyssey and his favorite quote from the movie was "I'm afraid, I'm afraid, Dave. Dave, my mind is going. There is no question about it, I can feel it. I'm afraid. Good afternoon gentlemen, I am HAL 9000 computer".

Bill is survived by his sister, Cheryl (Gina) Schlitz-Post of Gary; niece, Patricia Schlitz; and nephew Joe Schlitz.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A Celebration of Williams Life will be scheduled in the future by his loving family.
