Wilma (Kalberer) Davis of Lake Station, IN passed away Saturday, October 28th in Westminster, Colorado.  She was 91 years old.  Born in Winamac, IN on January 10, 1932 to the late William and Hazel Kalberer.  She worked at the Reliable Dental Laboratory for 26 years when she retired and married her husband, Don Davis. She also loved her dogs, especially Mindy.  When Mindy became paralyzed, Wilma doctored her for eleven years.  Throughout the years, Wilma had six dogs. (Prissy, Mindy, Queenie, Smokie, Geraldine and Tuketu). Wilma was a dedicated member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Hobart, IN

She is preceded in death by her Husband Don Davis, brothers, Thomas, William (Billy) and James and her sister Kate McIlvain.

She is survived by Retha (Kalberer) Hunt, her brother, Lewis (Joe) Kalberer in addition to her stepchildren, Dr. Don Davis (Jackee), Karon Scholebo (the late Allen) and Patricia Harrington (Scott).  She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren.

There will be visitation for Wilma on Friday, November 3, 2023 from 2-8 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel, 600 W. Old Ridge Rd., Hobart.
