Wilma J. Green "Windy" (nee Johnson), age 92 of Lake Station, passed away Sunday, April 25, 2021 at home surrounded by her family. She was born on December 17, 1928 in Jackson County, Arkansas to the late John and Minnie Johnson. Being one of twelve brothers and sisters, she spent a lot of time looking after her younger siblings. She was very talented and enjoyed painting, sewing, needle work and making crafts. She stayed active into her later years and loved taking walks. Above all, she loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her son, Allen (Linda) Green; daughter, Bernadean (Joe) LuVisi; granddaughter, Pippa Iverson; grandson, Freeman Iverson; 5 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Minnie Johnson; and her beloved husband, Robert Green.

A visitation for Windy will be held Wednesday, April 28, 2021 from 6:30 pm until 7:30 pm at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Ave., Portage.
