Obituary
WINIFRED J. "WINNIE" SCHNEIDER, age 69, of Portage, passed away Tuesday, March 4, 2014. She was born in Chicago, IL on May 27, 1944 to George and Philomena Workman. Winnie was a homemaker who was artistic and enjoyed crafting. She was a former honorary member of Portage Jaycees. Winnie will be deeply missed and remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Winnie is survived by her husband, Carroll Schneider; son, David (Kristina) Schneider of Casper, WY; 2 daughters, Kathleen (Robert) Leamy and Kristine Schneider , all of Portage; 5 grandchildren, Tabitha, Karen, Kevin and Nick Camp, and River Schneider; 1 great grandchild, Adrian Nieto.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
