Yvetta Rose Strobel

Yvetta Rose Strobel, 95, of Haleyville, Alabama entered into rest on Saturday December28, 2019.

Mrs. Strobel was born April 2, 1924 in Chester, Illinois.  She enjoyed bingo and going to auctions.

Visitation will be held on Saturday January 4, 2020 from 9:30 am to 11:30 am at Rees Funeral Home 600 W. Old Ridge Road, Hobart, Indiana, where services will be held at 11:30 am.  Burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park, Hobart, Indiana.

Yvetta is survived by her daughters, Norma Baker, Dorothy (Gene) Nelson and Mary (Lee) Simpson; grandchildren, Robert (Debbie) Gallup, Linda Hunt, Raymond Lane, Carolyn Hasty, Rose (Chris) Hyde, Betty (Gary) Taylor, Terry Garcia, Jerry Nelson and Carrie Cabello; 21 great grandchildren; 23 great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred Daniel and Rose Mary (Guitar) Faverty; husband, Everett Richard Strobel; grandchildren, Richard Lee Gray, Eugene Nelson and Mary Nelson; sisters, Laura Rowold, Viola Knoke and Luquita May Weaver and brothers, Charles Faverty, Leonard Faverty and Robert Faverty.
