Caroline Sue Miller

Caroline "Sue" Miller, age 81, of Hobart passed away Wednesday December 24, 2025, in her home. She was born February 16, 1944, in Dycusburg, Kentucky to William and Louise (Crouch) Duncan. Sue was a Homemaker, loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lake Station. She worked as a receptionist at Northlake Methodist Hospital for several years. She loved genealogy and tracing her roots through the years.

She is survived by her loving husband, Kenneth Miller of Hobart; a son, Kenneth (Shari) Miller of Portage; two grandchildren, Derrick Deck and  Rebekah (Theo) Hesse; two great grandchildren, Howard, and Owen; and many dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation for Sue will be held from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Wednesday December 31, 2025, at Rees Funeral Home 600 W. Old Ridge Road. Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 pm on Wednesday at Rees Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Portage, Indiana.
