James E. Flood

James "Jim" E. Flood, age 67, of Hobart, passed away Friday, December 31, 2021.  He was born in Gary, Indiana on December 4, 1954 to the late Carl and Jacquelyn (nee Distell) Flood.

Jim is survived by his children, Jamie (Vern) Collins, Sean Flood, Ryan (Amanda) Flood; significant other, Roberta Flood; step children, John Kell, Katherine (Josh) Jen, Sarah (Eric) Gorby; 10 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; siblings, Anne (Wendell Ellis) Bretts, Janet (Nick) Korzow, Robert (Tina) Flood, and Pér (Angi) Flood; many nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Patricia Detterline; brother, Carl Flood, Jr.; grandson, Michael; and his parents.
