William L. Balogh "Billy", age 57 of New Chicago passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at home. He was born on December 14, 1964 in Lorain, Ohio. He was employed as a machine operator. Billy had a passion for hot rods and classic cars. Above all he was a family man and he loved his grandchildren.  He will be sorely missed by his grandchildren who affectionately knew him as their "elderly hippie".

He is survived by his sons, Brandon Balogh, Andrew (Danielle) Balogh; daughters, Lisa (Anthony) Adams, Molly (Charles) Murray; grandchildren, Sandra, Jack, Justin, Stephanie, Tucker, Aurora, John, Keaton, Lindsay, Zak and one on the way; brothers, Brian (Margaret) Dubesa, Chad (Marisol) Dubesa; sisters, Cindy (Angelo) Ortiz, Diane (Mark) Freedman; family friend, Lori Rizer.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Virginia Dubesa.
